Landscapes of my heart…
So, this was the first one of this type. Just emerging from the brush. Not exactly unplanned–already planned in the sense that these are my local scenes, absorbed deeply many times, and simply set free… Remembering, with a reference here and there to pinpoint a color, or suggest a cloud shape. These are actually the most satisfying and the most refreshing things for me to paint.
